I arrived at the pharmacy at the time given to me over the phone to have a booster jab. I am very nervous about having injections and the pharmacist was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I were a fool. Well if I am a fool I am a highly educated one! Sitting waiting for my turn I became extremely agitated and decided that I wouldn't trust this man to inject an orange let alone me. Finally got up and walked out. This man definitely needs to get some people skills before dealing with the public

My partner and I drove over an hour to come here as we had a spontaneous trip planned and this was one of the few places with vaccines available last minute. We had a consultation with Dr Patel, and he was so helpful and a lovely person to talk to. He didn't try and sell everything that on paper we would've needed, we were on a budget so he just recommended the most important ones and was very open and honest. We appreciated this so much that we came back here again when we could've gone to one closer and we bought the remainder of what we needed for our travels. Dr Patel, thank you for your excellent customer service and friendly, honest and very helpful advice. We would definitely recommend here for your travel vaccines. Thanks again!

I've been today for covid booster and flu jab, the pharmacy is well organised with waiting area, the staff is nice and efficient, in 5min I had both vaccines, pleasant experience except the needles 😁

Arrived for my covid booster jab and was greeted by a kind young lady who directed me to the waiting are. Clean shop, well organised and seemingly staffed / run by nice people.

Very impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly the staff are at Laxton's. Have had issues getting prescribed medication for my mum elsewhere with conversations leading nowhere and going round in circles - not the case at all with Laxton's. They understood the issues and dealt with them immediately meaning mum had her necessary tablets. Can't thank you enough as I felt I was letting mum down. Am more than happy to come that bit further to you - thanks again.

Best service from a pharmacy I’ve ever had. Took my elderly grandmother for a walk in booster and flu jab and they were incredibly polite and friendly.

On Xmas Eve, the pharmacists here helped me as much as possible to get emergency medication. A lady let us use her phone for maps + the fella spoke on the phone for us. They are angels + very much appreciate their efforts today. Thank you ever so much. Love + light ☯️☯️☯️
