Whitworth Pharmacy

This has got to be the best Pharmacy in the land, when they are dealing with people who are generally ill, their attention to detail is second to none, lovely people that work there, and always, always have a smile and a friendly greeting. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Simply the Best !

Always use this pharmacy because all the pharmacists and staff are pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. The shop floor is set out very well for ease of finding what you want and is very clean and tidy. Plenty of space and there are seats available if you need to wait. Also they have a room for private consultations/chats.

Whitworth's Nelson branch is my nominated chemist for if I ever need prescriptions - Professional friendly staff, helpful advice and very prompt service. Can definitely recommend here.

We actually live in Colne but prefer to use this pharmacy because of the staff! They know our names and offer a personal, friendly, caring service … great team!

I dont know how to word how i feel walking ino whitworths. First time as i was close to it and feel theres not much of a conversation with us to understand the problem. They will offer 1 item take it or leave it. But when I walk into the pharmacy i use most, they listen and we discuss our options and il walk away with something that worked.
