At this chemist Mr Jeffa snr, Mr Jeffa Jr and other staff are lovely, they're so nice and really helpful!

Efficient, fast and friendly!

Most of the staff are lovely and very helpful, however the last few times I've been, a young woman has served me and she is absolutely miserable and rude. She also mumbles everything so you can barely understand what she's saying.

Waited for 3 weeks for antibiotics meant to be taken along side others for sepsis was told I would get a call back never have constantly ringing the ladies are really rude except for one who's very helpful wont be using them again

Never open when they say they are. They are supposed to open at 9am .staff don't bother turning up til 9:15,then tell u they can't serve you until someone else is there at 9:45. Not a very good community chemist,what if I was an old person in a walking stick and told to go away and come back.
This has happened multiple times. I changed chemist so I don't have trouble getting my medication.

Helpful and efficient.
