Dreadful rude staff. Being served by them and being questioned with irrelevant questions whilst there’s a big queue behind you is beyond me. Wait 20 mins to only find that when you finally get your medicine they still mess up your order and make you wait for another 20min for what should of already been ready from the outset. The lady then started giving me evil looks which was very threatening. Didn’t even get an apology when I complained about it. Incompetent unprofessional and rude.

Staff always friendly, professional and always go the extra mile if there is a problem with a prescription- usually it's a problem with the surgery which they help to resolve. I have been using them for many years and service has always been good. Thank you for everything you do!

Went in to pick up some pain relief for my dad and asked the staff for some guidance as he is allergic to ibuprofen. We have never used Deep Heat because of his allergies and the pharmacist told us that it doesn't have ibuprofen in it. We picked it up and took it home and once we used it we read further on the bottle that it directly states not to use if you have allergies with ibuprofen. We are keeping an eye on him now In case we need to take him to hospital. All round terrible advice. Thanks a bunch.

Arrogant and useless. Very rude with no desire to actually assist. When your job is to "serve people" and you fail to do it, you are literally a pointless business.

So you can Book online for a Fit to Fly Test, PCR tests cost £89 for those crazy enough to pay for them, but when you get there...
PCR? Oh we don't do any tests here sir.
But you can book them online for this very address???

DREADFULL customer services, no communications skills, don't listen asking repetitive multiple questions even after writing it down. My name, yep still the same name as the last time you asked. Two working today need to find a job they can actually do. 20.12.22.

Slow service. Turned up 15 mins early for my flu jab, was 3rd in the queue. Finally reached the till 5 mins after my appointment. Both customers ended telling the person serving they’d come back another time as service was taking so long. Customer in front has their personal details taken in 3 parts, 2 mins apart. Clearly inefficient or poorly-trained staff.

Finally got my flu jab after waiting 10 mins after paying. Total wait to get the jab- 30 mins, 15 mins later than appointment time.
