Pharmacist was very rude and blunt to me on the phone and half the stuff didn't even know what they were doing.. Wouldn't trust them with my medication

Prescription wasn't faxed to my surgery & nobody in the pharmacy followed it up so prescription wasn't available for collection five days later. Really abrupt staff, who took no responsibility for their error and no apology. Customer service is an alien concept across the team. Have now changed my pharmacy.

Since the permanent pharmacist left last year it has got steadily worse. Always mislaying your prescription items, often don’t have items in stock so you have to return . Staff stand about chatting while people waiting to be served.

Never have my prescription ready. Then you receive one that was placed after the one you have received. Even when they have prescription takes ages to locate.

Consistently awful service. I wish it wasn't my nearest pharmacy.

The slowest service I've ever known. No sense of urgency, despite long queues.

One woman served me with a biscuit hanging out of her mouth.

Twice they've messed my prescription up.

Why don't they hire more efficient people?

The Irish guy was good, but he hasn't been there for ages.

Have laughed off previously abrupt service from the staff there but today was the final straw. They haven’t had internet apparently for two days. No prescriptions can be issued and they just didn’t seem to be bothered and walked away while I was asking what I could do about getting the antibiotics prescribed for me yesterday. I was more worried about the chap in front of me who couldn’t access blood thinning meds for someone. I rang my doctors, who were appalled, and have changed where my prescriptions are sent. I’ll happily go out of my way to avoid going there again.

A really great pharmacy over the last year very helpful since my husband has been shielding. Our prescriptions have been delivered on time and the texting service is very useful too. So good they were there when everything else is shut down.

This is a great little local pharmacy. The staff have only ever been helpful and friendly, in our experience. We've set up the text messaging service for notifications to let us know when our medication is ready, which has worked well each time. We'll done guys!
