I can’t praise this pharmacy and pharmacist Ricky enough!

Also all of his team are fabulous Caroline and Hayley especially and I’m sorry but I can’t remember the younger guy’s name. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful.

In today’s busy online age, here you get an ‘old fashioned’ friendly and professional service, they know your name and family connections and ask after them, which is lovely.

They are also taking all necessary precautions in this prevailing pandemic situation.

Have used this store as my pharmacy for many years now. I am on a lot of different medications and my complex needs can often make it complicated. However, the staff are always professional, friendly and have no problem accommodating my medication needs.
From the ladies who serve in store, to the pharmacy team, I’m always greeted and remembered which is lovely. I never have any problems with collecting my medication (atleast not because of them - usually a GP error)
The shop itself is always clean and well stocked with knowledgable staff who are always willing to help. They could benefit from a bigger unit space to allow for the large number of people who use the store for both shopping and pharmacy, but of course that’s not down to the store themselves, as they work very well with the limited space they have.

Pharmacy very disorganised. I asked them to release my prescription back into the system as they couldn't get it ready in time before I travelled 2 hours away. They said they had released it, but they didn't. So I tried to phone and the number doesn't even ring.

Absolutely atrocious customer service at the pharmacy, lady in the pharmacy failed to provide Correct paperwork for my prescription, and when I rang the pharmacy a few days later to query it a member of staff hung up on me (they didn’t have an answer for me and realised they were in the wrong) will not be going back. AVOID.

Horrible and rude staff. Very slow. The woman on the till and the two female pharmacists are extremely rude, unhelpful, and impatient! They never have any of the medications that doctor prescribes.
Terrible service!
