Closes at 10:30pm according to Google confirmed via phone 5 days ago yet it's shut at 6pm on a Tuesday with no notice or anything in the window.

This is not the first time this has happened.

Edit: I've come back 3 days later on Friday at 6pm and it's closed again! All the lights off, no note in window and no one inside. This sign is an outright lie, and should be taken down. The opening times on Google are wrong as they repeat what the sign says.

I will be moving pharmacy as this is unacceptable. Look elsewhere if you want somewhere you can go to after work.

After spending literally all day on a Sunday trying to get an out of hours gp to prescribe some antibiotics for my child before departing for holiday Sunday night finally managed to get a prescription at 8.30 pm where it was sent electronically to this Lloyds for dispensing as apparently is the only pharmacy open in the area at that time and was open until 10pm. Immediately traveled from Gloucester getting there around 9pm only to find it completely in the dark and not open at all and two other people trying to get in! This is really not acceptable. As the only pharmacy supposedly open for miles and miles at this time they surely have a duty of care to their customers to inform the local health care services of their change of hours and update online. I was left absolutely fuming and completely let down after a very stressful day. And they wonder why people turn up in a&e inappropriately. I've had to come away with not a full course of medication for my child and disgusted at Lloyds Pharmacy.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Staff repeatedly told me that they had ordered prescribed medication when they had not. Staff are rude and unprofessional. 3 members of staff were openly gossiping about a colleague who they said vomited on-shift and who they suspected was pregnant, using foul language, while several customers were waiting in the queue. The pharmacy is also often closed when it is supposed to be open - disregard online opening hours.

I would actually rate this pharmacy a 0, but google won’t let me! for as long as I can remember I have been getting regular prescriptions from this pharmacy. However, something has changed in the last 12 months. Now it’s a guess as to when they are open. If you have an urgent prescription request, you probably won’t get it when you need it! As they claim the prescriptions, you can’t even get it prescribed elsewhere. Today I have tried to call before making the journey and it appears they have taken the phone off the hook. I am going to find another pharmacy.

Very polite andl lovely staff, just wish they had given me the option to order in medicines that we're out of stock rather than just being sent away. But the staff are always lovely even if they are busy

Like others have said below. Sent to get medicine urgently for my 8 year old. The only one open late in the area.
Arrive at 7:05pm - gate is locked. A lady in a car who obviously didn't fancy working late saying - its closed. No staff, Lloyds Pharmacy - no staff. I mentioned that 111 are sending people here. She physically argued with me saying, no your lying. No they aren't.

Said my daughter is unwell and needs to start antibiotics this evening as per request of the doctor and she couldn't care less, and drove home, leaving me stood in the dark and rain with a child not understanding bursting into tears. Completely ridiculous.

Other people arriving as well, so clearly the staff cant be bothered, or there is a link missing from 111.

Awful. I was told my prescription would be ready 'in a couple of minutes'. I was still waiting 30 minutes later. The pharmacy is also often closed at 6pm yet they advertise as being open until 10pm. No apology, no explanation for the long wait.

Used to be a fantastic pharmacy. But since the new management last year its been hopeless. Prescriptions that used to take 5 minutes to pick up take more than 30 minutes and that's if the place is open. In the last 10 times I've been to pick something up during normal hours they've been closed on 7 of them.
