Staff so kind and helpful, had to come in on 27/7, straight from the doctors, the pharmacist and staff were understanding made me feel less anxious. Thank you everyone, a lot could learn from your business skills.

This is one of the worst pharmacy's I have had to go to. My dr told me the prescription would be ready in a couple of hours in the morning so I went by at lunch time - not in stock so they ordered it for the next day. So then I took another day off from work so I could go back the next day. I went back today after waiting 15mins for them to agonizingly search for my name and overhearing them realize they forgot to order it and then ordering it there and then they then fobbed me off and said the doctor had sent it late so it still was not in stock. I was standing right there so could hear them discussing their screw up and what to say to me.

The medicine I need is time sensitive and so even if I do get it tomorrow - after having to take yet another day off work - I will now have to wait another month before I can take it.

They are the worst pharmacy I have been to and I have used many. I do not know how it could be so difficult!! I will now search for another and take my prescriptions there myself!

I've had outstanding service since the lockdown. I'm really vulnerable & they've delivered all of my prescriptions extremely quickly. I really miss all their faces & hope everyone is well & that people are showing the kindness they deserve.

The staff are really approachable, friendly & knowledgeable. They have a great range of services. They usually have my prescription ready quickly.

very friendly willing to go the extra mile to help you, excellent service telephone service available so you can just find out if prescriptions are ready if they are arrived then pick up prescriptions up hardly any waiting. also provide medical advice.

A fantastic pharmacy which has served the community exceptionally well. All staff members are incredibly helpful and have a wealth of knowledge.
Particularly impressed with management and how efficient they are, you can see they go the extra mile for patients.
Couldn't recommend Metwest highly enough.

Bad experience, changing prescription with out GP approval.

Friendly , they will try to help you best they can. Need better sign let others know where to queue , where to wait. I always see people ask "are you in the queue"
