Birk and Nagra, Alphega Pharmacy- Warwick Gates

I dealt with two members of staff and the pharmacist yesterday at short notice and they were fantastic. The pharmacist put me at ease but explained what needed to be done. After consulting the doctor again, they prescribed a required prescription for my family member. The Pharmacy had it ready in under five minutes. Really grateful.

Really disappointing interaction. Tried to tell me my prescription wasn't legal (it was) and get me to go all the way back to the clinic in Stratford, a completely unnecessary trip. They then suggested I go and ask the exceptionally busy GPs to redo the script.

After complaining they agreed the script was legal and they would dispense it after all. All in all an hour of my day wasted for them to relent and just do their job.

Please improve your working practices, train your staff correctly and don't fob off your customers due to your lazyness.

Didn’t stock the medication. Unable to offer any advice who might. Poor service.

Good staff always helpful and always busy but do help if they can if not they say come back later and iv always been back and they've sorted it and got my order in for when I went back 10/10 for service and pharmacist and staff we'll done

Went to buy some lemsip and throat sweets, chemist was busy but staff were happy to ignore this... one sat behind the counter and the other that was serving has drink of water and was in no hurry to help customers. I left without my purchase and popped to Whitnash where I was on and out in mins with my items. Dissapointed

Had good service in the past. But these days very disappointed. I know there is a shortage with antibiotics but seems shortage of other medicines too. Just get told no not got in stock here is your prescription. Not I'm sorry we don't have stock etc with a smile just that and turns away. Not really very friendly at all.

Staff was very disrespectful towards me when I collected medication for my son. I could hear them talking about me as I was standing in the shop. They were suspicious as to why I was collecting so much medication this week and asked why I am not paying for them. My son is 2 and if the doctor prescribed the medication they should do their job and dispense the meds and not talk rudely abt the customer behind their back.

Wouldn’t even give them even 1 star, if only it gave me the option of giving no stars. Rude unprofessional and disorganised. Definitely not a one off after reading previous reviews. I will never use that chemist again.
