Priory Pharmacy

Have used this pharmacy for some months now for my son, who has an acquired brain injury. Have had some teething problems regarding prescriptions, however the counter staff have been very supportive & sorted the problems at source, when they can & staff member Carrys has really helped us. The pharmacists have been very helpful in advising us on the right course of medicines & their contra-indications. Also nice to see on the counter the Headway collection box & the pharmacy working to support the local charity.

Have just been there and was discussed at the attitude of the pharmacist.
There were a few in there and they were all complaining about her manner.
Would be nice to be spoken to properly and not let all the room know your business.
Have a little more respect for the elderly and disabled.
I have always used this pharmacy and everybody has always
been very friendly,I just could not believe how I was treat today.
I think I will have to change pharmacy.

Like the previous post I am disgusted by the service of some of the staff. I have been collecting the same pills from them for over two years and the last 3 months they have omitted the same pills each time. When I picked them up today I deliberately asked the young staff member who served me if the pills were in. Rather abruptly she said yes and I left. On checking them when I got home, again they were missing. I had to go back,queue again and wait in the chemist for over 20 minutes. This is so annoying and frustrating that I'm going to go to a chemist in future that knows what they are doing.

Absolutely disgusting service. Incompetent rude staff who clearly don't know what they are doing. Messed up my batch medication, then when I came back with the prescription from the doctors I had the pharmacy manager start talking to me, then when it was my turn to speak he literally turned away and started talking to another customer! Then I was told I had to go to another pharmacy because "I was rude". Doesn't want to hear what you have to say. As a front line worker this is shocking and I will be taking this further

Often rude and unprofessional service. I don't see it as a pleasant place to visit although some some staff seem OK.
I was horrified when they once decided to give my pills to someone else in the same household without my consent. I question the legality of that.

Waiting since Tuesday for my QUETIAPINE & ZOMORPH
Keeping calling but getting no reply if there isn't a pharmacist there should be a message on their line to say there's nobody yo help you 97x's i called then callrd receptionist at dr's to be told the pharmacist ess not there 6th january 2022
So how i meant to get my medication

Just like to say a huge thank you to Lauren 27/08/21. I greatly appreciate your kindness as my mum's tablets had run out. And the rest of the staff are always helpful. Wouldn't go any where else. Thanks again. Andrea.

If you have the chance or choice to use any other pharmacy, do so.

Can never find a repeat prescription, always blame someone else, yet somehow it always is found later on to be in the wrong place.

Just look at the state of the tables in the place, no organisation, no system.
