Always seems to open late, which is a nightmare if you're waiting on important prescriptions. They hardly ever contact you to let you know if the prescription is there, meaning you have to go and queue (if they're open on time). Some days they just don't bother opening at all, with no notice, like today.

Dreadful service constantly late with tablets they are not bothered either and don't answer the phone, very good at trying to blame doctors for they're service.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I don’t want to pay parking to see if my auntie’s medication is ready! If you don’t want to take calls… don’t have a telephone!

Pretty much every month there is a mix-up in one way or another. And of course the rude staff don't help. Absolute shambles. It's no wonder the queues are half way up the street....

terrible pharmacy - go to the other Boots in Kenilworth Town for a much better service - these lot don't care and will even lie when your prescription is not ready

Still queuing outside - pathetic. In all weathers old and young. They call it care. Use Boots Talisman square. Exceptional.

Anne Veasey - a complaint has been filed with Boots Customer Safety team. You are the store manager and the buck stops with you. Not only have I overheard you verbally abusing elderly patients, but the reason for your torrid language was due to your STAFF having failed to order medication for the umpteenth time. The reason this is so troubling is because I've seen repeat cases of medication left unordered, not to mention it happening to me. You respond by disconnecting the phones and ignoring calls. A disgrace. Hopefully this can be dealt with by someone senior within the customer safety department.

One member of staff is so rude I don't want to deal with her anymore. Only one person allowed in the shop, and fully masked. They still keep very strict covid rules.
