I bought some items from the pharmacy on my last visit. I asked if a certain item was OK to take with my prescription drugs (which I got from another country) and the lady confirmed it was fine, then she alerted me to other items in my shopping trolley that were not OK to take with my prescription drugs. This demonstrates attention to detail and going the extra mile. I am sincerely grateful that she checked all the other items, rather than let me go unchecked.
