The Pill Box

Again this chemist haven’t sent my repeated prescription. Not the first time this has happened. Now I’ve NO medication for the weekend. Suffer from fibromyalgia, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I don’t understand they can get it right for a few months, then they mess up. The staff turnover is very bad, constantly seeing new people.

Honestly fantastic service, always really kind and so happy to go above and beyond. Cannot praise them enough!

My family & I have been collecting our medication from this pharmacy for a very long time and their service is one of the best I have ever experienced. They always manage to deliver your medications right before your about to run out without us having to chase up the GP or surgery and they always deliver promptly with such a kind delivery driver. The staff are so helpful and I think they are a family altogether. Although I am now moving away I can rest assure that my family are in safe hands and will always receive an incredibly service. They also have really nice shop plants, the lemons on the tree are absolutely phenomenal and the little orange tree is so cute!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I'm honestly so surprised for the negative comments for this pharmacy. I have been recommended this pharmacy from a family friend and their service here is second to none and I wouldn't go back to my old pharmacy at all!! Their automatic ordering system has eased my stress of having to order pills. I'm a busy person and just don't have time to count my pills every month! They also have a texting service which makes it so easy for me to remember that I have pills to collect. The staff here are so friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

This pharmacy has been very helpful and efficient in processing all my requests. The staff are highly knowledgeable professionals that have always been very welcoming, especially the tall pharmacist with glasses, who is always up for a nice chat. They go above and beyond their call to duty, as once they recommended me to call 111, when I had an unpleasant toothache so I could get an emergency dental appointment.

The staff at this place are so helpful. The customer service here is of the highest standard. I've always been greeted with a smile, the staff also go out of their way to help you. I recall one staff member running to another chemist in the cold to help get me my medicine. Thank you as always for your help and keep up the amazing service 👍

Great Pharmacy - Been collecting my regular prescriptions for well over year and half and no issues. The team are very helpful, professional and always on hand to offer advice when needed.

All staff and phamacists have been absolutely great - friendly and professional. Always quick to dispense even when busy. The pharmacy is always open on time and is clean and tidy. The staff are one of the most friendly people I have ever met. Great all round.
