ASDA Pharmacy

Called to make sure a certain medication was in stock, because I needed it urgently. Got confirmation it was in stock. Arrived half an hour later only to find out it was not in fact in stock. Needless to say, very disappointed

Very bad service from lady pharmacist and complete lack of communication skills, the pharmacist guy is amazing when you lucky not to be served by her

used to be a customer of a nearby Boots, they would constantly take up to a week to prepare my prescription and if there was a problem (which happened often) they would not contact me, and would just wait for me to inquire myself. no problems here - prescriptions are prepared quickly, usually in 2 days, and I get an SMS notification every time. very dependable. the staff is extremely helpful and nice too. shorter queues here as well.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful and they had what I needed in stock. Thank you!

The new manager, Nim, is very helpful and kind - will give you good advice and try do whats best for you

They can't text u when prescription ready, they hadn't got my prescription ready after 3 days so had to go round shop for 15 minutes then to cap it all the all they hid inside the cubicle for an age and they sent out some poor woman who couldn't hear properly! I've moved my nominated pharmacy down the road to Boots.

Simply unhelpful. The Pharmacist wouldn't accept my digital prescription because it doesn't have a hand written signature. Like really!? He was not willing to do anything about it. I only got a dismissive 'No' for anything I said. Extremely disappointing experience.

Even you ring the bell , it still took for a while to come to see you and told you the pharmacist was there for 5 /10 minutes .
Again no enough medicine for the prescription, ask you come back when you nearly run out .
