Never opens on time. Pharmacist is always late while staff are left to explain why.

Recently in last few months, the service has conoletely gone down. Receiptionst can't find patients details on their system all the time, keeps people waiting in the reception for long, can't get the repeat prescription. Worst one was today they told us their computer system is crushed and can't check our baby's emergency antibiotics which we asked GP to send to them directly as we never thought their system is failed!!! We had to run to GP to get another prescription and look for another pharmacy...new staff are not well trained unlike the previous ones..don't think they are trained for caring profession...

Need improvement. I haven’t had issues with medication but had a full health check done. The staff were friendly but during the pre check questions they just casually kept going through the answers without taking it seriously. In some instances even said ‘not sure why they ask this’ or ‘not sure what this means’. Don’t think this is professional, staff needs training on all fronts.

Avoid! I came here already 3d time to getAmoxicillin, becouse of my son was horrible pain 3 of staff Can't make prescription and saying that " somebody is on break,, Come bCk in hour" this answer I'm getting always when I got there?? And I was only one costumer in pharmacy!!!! Nonsense!!!!!!

They encourage you to book for flu jabs at pharmacies and they cancel you appointment last minute. A pharmacy without a pharmacist!!!

Not punctual on time to open the pharmacy. Time written open for 9 o clock people waiting more then 10 minutes and then go back

Really not responsible. They found my prescription two and half weeks later saying that we thought we had lost it.
