5 days to make up a prescription. Don't think so I think lloyds pharmacy can do better than that.
Never use day lewis again

After leaving my regular prescription with them for seven days, I was disappointed to find that my insulin had not been ordered for me. Meaning yet another visit has to be done

Be nice if they actually answered their phone, 30 calls made over the period of 90 mins & allegedly constantly busy..hmmmm...some of us work , haven't got time to call in before closing or sit on the phone in anticipation of a reply just to order a prescription request....not impressed

First time I’ve been to this pharmacy, and I must say the customer service was first class. My prescription was sent through from the GP surgery to the pharmacy and it was ready for me to collect. If I could give more stars I would. To the Day Lewis team keep up the good work !

Always very pleasant.
Very over worked staff but very helpful and patient.

Staff are excellent cannot fault them but I haven't been able to get through on the phone for nearly 2 months now which is inconvenient as I need to order repeat prescriptions and cant always get there before they close because of work, hence the reason I've only given 3 stars

Tried to pick up medication for my mother, when I pulled up they half shut the blinds. When asked if they were closing, they didn't reply and shut the barrier further. Not happy!.

Easily the worst pharmacy I've used. I've probably popped in about ten times in 15 years and on not one occasion have they had the product requested - always just normal OTC medicines. And never an alternative either.
Always lots of staff chatting in the dispensing area too, but a long wait for anyone to come down to the retail counter.
