Lyminge Pharmacy

Staff here are amazingly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. An excellent addition to the village of Lyminge that they should be proud of.

Sadly not the same since the change of ownership. Booked online for a flu vaccine but was turned away when I arrived as they only give vaccines on Tuesday and could I come back. Pointed out I worked on Tuesday, hence the Saturday booking. Emailed head office, no reply. Online complaints form does not work. They had my contact details but didn't think to call or email me even to say they had made an error.

Excellent service received today from the two ladies working at Lyminge Chemist. They both tried to help me with a problem I had with my mum's prescription. They both were so incredibly helpful and patient with me. I would award them 10 stars if I could. Excellent service.

Arrived at 0900 not open no pharmacist had to see my daughter returned to Lyminge at 1715 again shut no pharmacist why cannot they amend their website so we know when it is open

The Lyminge Pharmacy is suffering from a lack of qualified staff, it is a national problem which is badly effecting the service offered. This morning Mon 6/9/2021 the Pharmacy was closed and also unreachable by phone. Since the new ownership we find there are often difficulties in collecting essential medication as it often gets misplaced.
