I have lived in lots of different places in London and had so many different pharmacists. This has been by far the best. Always happy to help and know names of the whole family! A very helpful and friendly service.

Staff should be celebrated for being so good, all of them. Always a pleasure.

A lot of services in a single location, but always run smoothly, it’s clean and quick!

It’s 9.05 and the pharmacy has just opened - LATE - and still nobody at the PO counter - don’t think the staff could give a toss!!

Really poor customer service through and through. I’m a local resident and everytime I go in, the staff are impolite, unfriendly and treat every question as a nuisance. They bark back at you and act like they’re above the law. First it was an unpleasant lady, replaced by a grumpy young man. The permanent pharmacist is also very unfriendly. The worst situation is the Bank of England has written that Post Office and banks can deposit withdrawn bank notes into the bank account. I showed them the website but they refused to read it and just said they won’t accept it. Clearly they’re above the rules as stipulated by the BoE. Not interested in customer service and the prices are also extortionate. Will never go there again.

I’m always disappointed by the miserable staff. It’s a shame, because this is an essential public service. If I had a choice I would not go.

You’ll have to forgive me for my candour, but I simply arranged for a delivery to be dropped off at the post office as you do right? If I’m given the option to use that particular post office then surely there should be no issues? Apparently not! Someone from Royal Mail dropped my parcel off at the post office and one of the members of staff decided to sign for my item but refuse the delivery and send it “right” back! I use quotation marks as that’s the term he decided to use, not sure if it was to patronise me but anyway... You’d think that if you’re working at a post office and an item comes to you for collection then it would be collected right? He then tried to say that “it was in safe hands with Royal Mail” Well clearly not because now I have a delivery that’s been sent back with no return address or red card to collect it with.

The usual 2 staff members that I see are great but this man in particular is clearly a novice. Also before I was served I was the only one waiting in the queue and he was just standing there as if we were having a staring contest or something? Another member of staff then had to take his place and serve me, just thought I’d add that because I found it quite weird. I wish I’d got his name because I would definitely give it in this review.

I’m a young lady who has never in her life given a bad review anywhere, but this situation has truly upset me, hence why I decided to say my truth.

For anyone reading this that’s considering redirecting their deliveries to the post office on the hill, don’t do it. Save yourself the time and the stress, because they very clearly have some incompetent members of staff.

This post office is fast efficient and reliable, even during a global pandemic. Service is polite and staff are always helpful. Thank you.
