Meraj Pharmacy

Everytime I have come to this pharmacy I have been kept waiting over 10 minutes for my medication whilst the staff attend other matters such as removing wrappers, whispering and laughing behind the counter. I asked again and was told that my medication will be put through in a few minutes, whilst I was the only other customer in the pharmacy

Very poor customer service. Even they didn’t notice what customers ask for. Yesterday when I ask them one things with the sample but there three people working together but they give me wrong things in a packet. Very bad.

Very professional, empathetic, caring and polite staff. They all are ready to help the customer and give the best advice. This is my personal experience - single mum with 2 little boys under 4 yrs old. Happy to have met reliable people.

This is my nominated pharmacy for repeat prescription. Repeat prescription means my medication is ready for collection when I run out of my supply. This time the pharmacy did not order the prescription on time, meaning no medication when needed. What's more I phoned them before my medication was due, the lady assured me she will order a prescription. It did not help. The whole process did not end yet as I have to keep calling and checking if they received the prescription. They were suppose to help but they cause me more problems. Extremely disappointing. Please, start listening and be more responsible and reliable. You are dealing with people's health!
