Manor Pharmacy

Went in yesterday, served by Daniel who is always cheerful and helpful. He remembers the regulars and always asks after family. A delight to go in when he is in there, great customer service especially for someone his age.

Extremely poor service in the pharmacy, Daniel was extremely rude and dismissive. Given the current situation, we need our community pharmacies to reassure and support their patients, I did not feel comfortable in this chemist and will not be visiting again.

Visited the Pharmacy today, very busy in their, but was served my prescription quickly and courteously. Always very polite, thankyou.

Today I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and to my surprise the surgery had sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, as I was in so much pain, Dan and Cameron found out where was the prescription sent to, I called my surgery again and they sent the prescription to the right pharmacy this time where I was waiting. I am so grateful and happy for the efficiency and kindness I received from you both as I desperately needed my meds. Many thanks for the attention and assistance I received from you today.

Awful to see staff outside shop smoking

always so helpful and polite, i was unable to speak due to a developmental disorder the woman who served me was very understanding and helped me collect my prescription without the need for verbal communication

Fantastic to have such a pleasant and efficient team so close; especially of note is the help from the pharmacists and the young man, Daniel I believe, at the counter.

Way too over the top when buying medication. Too many silly questions. I understand things have to be asked but I walked from the shop feeling interrogated.
