Day Lewis Pharmacy Lavender Hill

Terrible pharmacy and customer service. They constantly mess up prescriptions and when you dare to ask what’s happened they just tell you you can go to another pharmacy. Twice in less than a week. Way too much attitude. So I will most definitely go to another pharmacy.

Having just moved to the area, I’ve turned up on two separate occasions at 915 to pick up quite an urgent prescription and it still isn’t open. Please change the details on the website to avoid people wasting their time.

Very limited stock but with charming staff who appear to be largely untrained for the job.
There was also rubbish spilling out of a bin in the window by the door.
And as it doesn’t open on Saturdays, it’s fairly useless as our local pharmacy.

Obstructive, unfriendly and rude receptionist and pharmacist. There are far better pharmacies in this area.

Extremely miserable and unfriendly staff. I use the pharmacy for my prescriptions and when I go to collect them the staff couldn’t make me feel any less welcome. Also there is always an issue with the text service so I never know when my prescriptions are ready.

Very glad I’m moving soon and no longer need to use their service!

Staff are incredibly rude - I was given an incorrect prescription, I called up because I wanted them to help me figure out what to do and what I needed to take and they were uncooperative and really quite nasty. I wasn’t accusing anyone, all I wanted to do was work out how to fix it and make sure I was taking the right medication, they were just keen to finger point at the doctors. Very disappointed and really quite upset

I am sorry to say this Pharmacy has gone very downhill since the days of dear old Mr Patel in the 90's where he was very welcoming and spent time with you personally dealing with your concerns..

I walked in today, the place was cordoned off to a 10/th of its original size, you are not able to browse (even with masks) and the reception was not friendly at all. I felt most unwelcome. I know of no other Pharmacy that behaves this way....??

No way to run a business in my opinion...
