Sadler's Pharmacy

They don’t let you return any medicine you have purchased once it has left the store. They don’t give receipts out. There is no complaint procedure and when you try to speak to the manager they hang up on you. I have seen the young seller guy say “this isn’t Africa” to a person trying to return medicine they have bought in error because he gives bad advice and thinks he is a pharmacist which he is not.

Very rude and unhelpful, I recently went in to get my prescription (dressing for skin cancer)
The guy walked out to the back and spoke to the lady , I could hear exactly what she said , then he came back and said they don't have it in stock and neither does there supplier which was very untrue because I heard her say it was too expensive!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I visit Sadlers, I try to be pleasant. The guy behind the counter is so unpleasant back that it makes me wonder,,,,,,is being rude a Pre Requisite for working there.
I'm sadly looking for an alternative Pharmacy for my Diabetes medication.

Pretty bad. The guy is consistently rude, I've only been here for collecting prescriptions but will be moving elsewhere.

Very rude can’t be bothered to help with anything and so over priced think they are in the wrong Job

They refused me entry with my dog who is a service dog. Please change this behaviour.

Didn't have my monthly prescription ready despite me being late collecting it and they told me that I should be giving them a weeks notice!! That's a lie and the chemist himself told me to take my service elsewhere

Consistently horrible experiences here, especially as a female. Low stock of standard items. Unhelpful and rude staff. Will never go again.
