They say they offer a service where they’ll request your repeat prescriptions for you. But even when you subscribe to this, you have to remind them. And once you remind them, they still don’t request them. Even after phoning, emailing, and asking in person. I guess they forget or can’t be arsed. I dunno.

If you are on a prescription for life saving medication just go straight to the doctor each month for your repeat prescription. Don’t rely on these guys because they won’t order it for you and then you’ll be dead. Fun!

The pharmacist here once went *way* above and beyond to sort something out for me when there had been a mixup between me and the GP surgery that wasn't his fault at all. A place like this is always going to have some poor reviews, because they're right in the firing line for problems that really originate elsewhere. But they're a local pharmacy, and doing their best to do that justice.

Paying full price on prescribed paracetamol with codeine to receive left over from others in a box without any dates shown on the cut out medication... I am not sure that's even legal.
Should I add I had to wait about 20 min just to get that box.

The staff at this pharmacy provided me with the best service I could have anticipated.
The pharmacist on duty yesterday (28/07/2020) went above and beyond to the help me with my medication emergency. The care, reassurance and exceptional communication was exceptional and very much appreciated by me and my family.

Very unhappy with the service here, it seems to have gone completely downhill over the last year. Queues now almost always go out along the street because, despite there being many staff in the pharmacy, they are not serving customers. When asked to put on more staff at the till, they ignore you completely or are very rude. I would not recommend at all.

Lazy, less than helpful staff. Needed emergency prescription for premature daughters prescribed formula and the young girl was less than inclined to help. No one answers the phone. Poor customer service. Convenient because it’s at the end of my road but thinking to change to somewhere more helpful.

Incredibly poor communication among their staff, they'll text me that my medication is ready, and when I go to pick up, suddenly they don't have it and claim supply issues. Or they text that medication is ready right at closing time. I have an issue almost without fail every time I attempt to refill my repeat prescription. They've even sent me out the door with someone else's prescription entirely. They lie, they gaslight patients, saying they've already picked up a prescription that they straight up never filled, and they never pick up the phone whenever I've tried to call to confirm that they do actually have my medication before I physically go down to pick up. As a disabled person, this makes my life even more difficult. They need to do better.
