Good experience..Finally a pharmacy in which Someone is taking care of customers and have a smile. It Will be my favourite in london. Great staff.

Been with them through my GP for years, their service is second to none, always professional and informative about my medicine.

Says: (YOU ARE WASTE MY TIME!) when I try to collect my prescription, what a wonderful service!

Online doctor prescription not delivered, despite an email saying it was ready to collect.

Absolutely rubbish services from the counter in Sainsburys whom is not a pharmacist…. I won’t buy from Lloyds ever again !

I'm losing count of the number of times the GP has sent prescription to Lloyds Pharmacy at Sainsbury's on Cromwell Road and they say no prescription has been incoming... while the GP claims it was sent to them.
What's going on?

Very good opening time and helpful staff.

Unbelievable that this place is hasn't been shut down. The staff are rude, arrogant and unhelpful – totally disinterested in the health needs of the local community.
