Whitton Corner Pharmacy

Terrible service for prescription ordering!!! I am going to start using another pharmacy. The pharmacy are supposed to order my prescription from my doctor, fill the prescription and then text to tell me it's ready, i use this service as I have memory problems and would often run out. Been using this service since the end of 2017 and they have yet to get it right. Their explanation for this is different every month and they will often tell me I should call them 1 week before I run out of medication, surely this defeats the objective of this service. They argue with me every time I complain! I have even had prescriptions missing 1 tablet, and was given 7 days antibiotics when I was prescribed only 5 days worth. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICES!!!!! THEY HAVE HAD OVER 6 MONTHS TO CORRECT THIS AND COMPLAINING TO THEM DOES NOT WORK

Messed me about multiple times with prescriptions. I phoned them for a repeat prescription from the doctors and was told it would take a few days. After a week and a half of me repeated calling to check if it was ready, I went to the shop and they said they had no record of it. I had spoken to someone on the phone to arrange it and and was told it was being sorted. My medication ran out and I had to go to the doctors for an emergency prescription.

The staff are fantastic and really friendly and helpful.. can always ask for advice and the staff know what they are talking about...
also helpful and polite when you ring to ask to have a prescription put in to the doctor for you with out a problem..

I used Whitton Corner Pharmacy from just after they first opened until I moved house this year. The staff are friendly and helpful. There were only one or two occasions when there were problems with my repeat prescription but it was resolved quickly and with little inconvenience to me. They answer the phone promptly. Also a good place to get the flu vaccination; no appointment needed and I can't remember ever having to wait more than a few minutes.

Took over 4 days to process a prescription, tried to blame doctors surgery, who had an audit trail proving it was the pharmacies error. They didn't order drugs in on time on several occasions for both my partner and me. Staff are rude and unhelpful, communication is really poor. Whitton has a wealth of pharmacies, choose another.

I moved to Whitton Corner pharmacy in mid- 2019, thus far the experience have been excellent. I wish have had done it sooner. The Pharmacist and staff are very helpful,
regular prescription are always ready for pick up when I need them. Their advise to get a yearly PPC made saving too. A gem in Whitton - would recommend highly.

Really disappointed & annoyed. Booked a flu jab with the pharmacy two months ago. Arranged a babysitter, took the afternoon off work and took ages to find a parking space only to be told ‘there is a mistake there is no one to do it today’ this was at 5pm in the afternoon. Why did no one call me? I left my number. A waste of time. There are poster all over the pharmacy saying “book your flu jab today”. I did, you failed to call me or deliver.

I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years I've always found it to be very good. The staff are always polite and helpful. Only one criticism would be be it only opens for a couple of hours on Saturday but not worth marking down for that.
