Very long waiting time and most importantly I was told that they will give me some tablets on the day I went and the rest on another day. I went to pick up the rest on that day and they told me that they still didn’t have them. I was told that I should get another prescription for the rest of the medicine since they cannot give me back the one I gave them.
That basically means that I am in a situation where I had to drive to the pharmacy twice without getting all my tablets and now I have to call my gp again to get a new prescription, find another pharmacy and get them.
What could have been done instead is either to check in the first place that the manufacturer can deliver the medicine - a pharmacist should know which ones have a shortage and advise accordingly - or give me a call since the meds were not available so I don’t have to drive there without a reason. Truly unprofessional.

Outrageous service. I turn up 15 minutes before closing time to see two staff member had just shut up the chemist 15 minutes early and denied working there. Told me to go to boots on Newmarket road to get my prescription for my disabled daughter pulled up, I get there and wait 30 minutes to be told they can’t dispense it as lyods already had started pulling it up themselves. They’ve completely wasted my time and are incompetent and are not even capable to answer a phone. Thank god this is not my regular chemist!! Shocking!

I visited this pharmacy twice this week to collect my prescription. On both occasions, it was closed. I went on Monday during day hours and it was closed for a few hours. It was not updated online, there was just a note on the door. I checked on the door opening hours and it says it is open until 6.30 pm on Tuesdays. I went on Tuesday after work. It was 5.30 pm and it was closed. Again no updates online, just a note on the door that was put on that day. I don't live nearby and it is really annoying when things like this happen. I tried to call the pharmacy today on a few occasions, I checked if they are open because I don't want to waste my time on either petrol but nobody answered. Why is it so difficult to collect prescriptions? Next time, I will ask to sense it elsewhere.

Don't bother. Whether they decide to be open or not is something of a lottery and whether you get served even when they are, even more so.
I went to collect my prescription yesterday at 3.50pm to find they'd decided to close at 3.30pm.
Tried again today and arrived at 11.50am to find a big queue stood outside a locked door in minus 3 although the pharmacy was technically open. A note on the door said they were only letting four in at a time due to staff shortages. 40 minutes later only two people had come out and none let in. and the 10 people outside were then told that they were closing for a 90 minute lunch break.
Given that they were also closing early at 5pm, I figured waiting another 90 minutes in the freezing cold while staff had a leisurely lunch with no guarantee of being served when they deigned to briefly return was not the best use of my day.
Might take some camping gear and try again tomorrow,

There service is generally OK, but definitely not good. The waiting times are usually very long and the staff can be rude. However, they simply refuse to answer their phone, leaving it to ring or putting you on old before hanging up on you. This impacted my wife and I when we were self-isolating and had no other way of contacting them to sort out collection of our prescriptions.

Friendly, helpful, assertive staff. I went there during the week quite late (approx half an hour before closing) and found no customers there. A pharmacist/assistant approached me almost immediately and assisted kindly with the prescription. However, for some reason I found the waiting time a little bit extensive. Might be because the 2 medications were somewhat complicated to get sorted? Not sure... The waiting time solely for the meds was approx 15 minutes. At the end of the day not terrible. The pharmacist lead handed over the meds, apologized for keeping me there and explained everything about the meds - he did everything even without asking that I found very helpful and professional, therefore I can recommend their services.

Fairly good small pharmacy with helpful staff and range of items. However, not having any slings (nor does Nuffield road surgery as a matter of course shockingly) was a fail this morning. Please keep these in stock.
