Always very friendly and helpful staff; the pharmacist went out of his way to help me find the medication I urgently needed, which was out of stock everywhere.

I was in pain and feeling drouzy, I went to the shop to get myself a pack of nurofen express, paid cash, put the pack in my bag, went home the package was empty!! I bought another one from a closer pharmacy then I went there to tell them that the package they sold me was empty, the manager started to accuse me of emptying the package and trying to get my money back, i asked them to show me buying the medication from the CCTV, he says it doesn't work! All the attitude the manager has was ridiculous! He didn't even try to manage and sort the problem some other way, straight attacking and accusing me!
For the costumer satisfaction, at least ask what could be done? Try to understand what's going on there? So long story short hated it! Never going to go to this SCAM pharmacy (maybe the first of it's kind) shop again! Reported to NHS as well.

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Rude and misinformed. Zero compassion or even the slightest degree of costumer service. Have given out medical misinformation in more than one occasion. This is really NOT where you want to go when you need medication or advice. AVOID IT.

The only great chemist I have ever used. I have been there for a year now and all of the staff give good knowledgable service!

I like their efficiency in ordering my prescriptions from my doctor. They also send a text to let know once they have the prescription ready. Thumbs up.

Doctor I spoke to yesterday was very helpful regarding skin issues, however, went in today for any creams and the man at the till was extremely rude, looked like he didn’t want to be there, no hello nothing. If you don’t want to be in customer service then don’t, it’s simple.

Lovely, helpful Pharmacist who administered Jab. Very well organised and efficient service.
