Don't take your baby to have ear piercings done there!!

I would give 0 stars rating if possible...
You would think that being a pharmacy they would be professionals but the lady clearly doesn't have a clue. First off all she wasn't gentle at all with my daughter and secondly she did the piercings totally wrong, one to low and the other one to high and far back so she went through all the pain for nothing.
When we told her that they don't seem to be in the same place she confronted us saying that they are in the right place and there is nothing she can do about it.

Professional staff and efficient service. The Pharmacist was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Good range of products in the store itself, really appreciated the personal service in selecting the right items. My regular retail chemist from now on.

Always had great service from Babylon. They've processed any prescriptions promptly and without issues. They've always been available and willing to give great advice, be it for myself and some recurrent problems, or my father in law and lung cancer.

I'll be sad to have to find a new pharmacy when I leave Shepherds Bush in the future, as they have been a rock for our family over the last five years.

The staff especially the pharmacist are amazing! Helped sort out my prescriptions quickly when I forgot the code and pharmacist gave very helpful advice on how to take my meds. Excellent service!

I came here to pierce my daughters ears after my friend recommend it to me. The guy was so professional and went through all the steps of how’s he’s going to pierce her ears and the aftercare of what needs to be done. He was patient and kind and pierced them perfectly. I would 100% recommend this place to any friend! Thank you.

I went to get my ears pierced and was assisted by two women who were amazing and made the experience quick and easy. I would definitely recommend.

I went to get my daughter's ears pierced however had a very disappointing experience. The lady was not very gentle or patient and went ahead with the piercing even though my baby was squirming. I rushed home as she was crying only to realise that the earings were completely unaligned. I had ensured that the initial marking on the ears were plotted in the right place however she had completely missed the dot as you can see from the photo I have attached. I went back to show her and she seemed annoyed to see me again and tried to blame me for not checking it when she had completely missed the dot! She then took the earing out, popped it in the gun again WITHOUT cleaning it in any way and came to pierce the same ear again. I asked her to clean it at least which seemed to annoy her again and after giving it a quick wipe she came and pierced it again on the dot this time. After going home, i noticed that although it was in the right place, this time the earing was pierced going diagonally downwards! I have now removed that earing and praying my daughter doesn't get an infection until i can take her to a real professional to get it done again. Avoid.
