Very sad to have to give this pharmacy such a bad score. They were excellent, slow but would always help out, happy to phone the doctor to correct things but NOT ANY MORE.

The old pharmacist Mr Shah retired a couple of years ago and in the intervening time, they have become increasingly useless and just don't care a jot about anyone except getting rid of customers with the minimal amount of effort on their part. The usual refrain now is "Well you just need to speak to your GP. We're not going to do anything for you"

Now here's the interesting thing. I went to Haywood's in Bush Hill park as it came highly recommended from my surgery. Whilst I was explaining my reasons for changing from the inept and lazy Healthfare, a lady tapped me on the shoulder and said that she had made the same decision, for the same reason less than a month before and had also been under their care for a decade.

VERDICT: Avoid if you need more than a packet of cough sweets.

Such a shame. I was with them for 9 years and for most of that time they were excellent.

Absolutely fantastic - due to anoter local pharmacy (Lloyds on Baker St) delaying an essential medication without explanation we went to Healthfare as an emergency - despite my partner being panicked the Dr immediately ordered in the required medicine for next-day. The staff are very kind and understanding, and always answered phone calls. They also kept us updated with any information we needed. Honestly a life-saving pharmacy.

I couldn't ask for a nicer local pharmacy. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out with my repeat prescriptions. They very quickly learned my name and my prescriptions and in the 8 years I lived nearby the staff always treated me with respect and kindness. I was delighted when they proactively began to organise my prescriptions for me so I didn't have to request them, without being asked. Once or twice they even dropped them off at my house, or posted them to me when I was unable to come in and collect. Fantasic service from a lovely group of people. Now I've moved away I will miss them!

Never in my life have I ever experienced such utter rudeness at a pharmacy. I have a skin condition and had to collect my prescription from here. I went in a few days ago and again today and BOTH times the person behind the desk (two different men) rudely pointed out that there's something wrong with my skin. NO Sh*** SHERLOCK, that's why I'm in the pharmacy?! Rude and terrible customer service, I would NEVER ask for my prescription to be sent here EVER again.

Ordered my prescription a week after I go to collect my medicines one medicine they needed to order and I been told we'll contact you when we have it. Today I went there again after waiting 4 days nobody contact me and the lady over there don't know her name (she wear glasses) surved me today was so rude. No manners how to serve customers. Give her some training or this pharmacy will lose customers.

Don't say you're open on Sundays, when you're not open on Sundays. I don't know, perhaps ill people may have travelled to collect medicine from you, as you're a pharmacist. Disorganised.

Not friendly at all, just been there and the person on the counter was dismissive when I wanted to ask questions about certain stock availability, felt like he just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. Poor communication skills.

they treat their people (Turkish) much better than non-Turkish customers. the difference is very clear, even if you don't understand the language. the man dealing with covid tests has a very poor English for someone who works with people's health.
