My husband was given the wrong product and, invoking the covid exceptional measures, they did not accept a change nor took responsibility for what happened. No apology. They said that the misunderstanding was caused by my husband's fault - which was not the case - and refused to return the money (a waste of almost £16). The way they managed the situation was really poor and unprofessional. The only thing I can do is to ensure we never again go to this pharmacy.

Visited this Day Lewis 02/03. There was a queue, but went reasonably quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Can get busy with prescription collections, otherwise just like any other chemist... staff could be more friendly 🙄 or even greet you with a smile!

Awful... I went there multiple times for urgent medication and was told to "come back tomorrow because it was out of stock". After going there for days, a staff member eventually told me to go back and see my GP and make alternative arrangements. Very long waits as well before you're even allowed to speak to them. One time I was just standing there for ages, watching the staff talk amongst themselves .

I was also very close to paying for prescribed medication that was actually cheaper over the counter. You can also expect to hear staff talking loudly about people's private health issues and circumstances.

Anyone in Kentish town, use another pharmacy on Kentish Town Rd. It can't get much worse than this one.

I am a regular customer here and I am shocked following the previous review, this pharmacy has never opened at 9;30 or later they always open at 9. They are well mannered staff and serve customers straight away they have great customer care. The regular pharmacist is always in most days and they do not have locum pharmacists regularly. When using there repeat prescription service over the phone they are clear and nice when ordering, and they always clarify the number of days it takes for the script to come. As far as the dispensing and the medication it is always done at a high standard with care and it well put together. Overall I am very pleased with the service here and all the staff are lovely, It is a great environment.

Well stocked and good location but staff not warm or friendly. Shaking their head no and rolling their eyes before I could explain what I was requesting. Struggled to be patient when explaining tablet dosage to a client who’s English wasn’t their first language.
I’d expect staff at a pharmacy to be kind and sensitive to all.

Frequently have a locum pharmacist on who is unfamiliar with the place. If you wait patiently for them to open at 09:30 you'll be waiting until 09:50. Their very casual way of ordering repeat prescriptions over the phone is poor, with no clarification. I used the service for 5 years and consistently hated it, it was a form of self harm being with this pharmacy. I ended contact after they got me to launch a complaint against my GP, saying all dispensing errors were the GP's fault. My GP confirmed with confidence that it's Day Lewis and correctly guessed which pharmacy I was with because they have a low opinion themselves. Also concerned regarding their information governance, they talk and chat about patients meds so openly.

I moved to the day Lewis further down Kentish town highstreet and they're a different team and know what they're doing. They are also skeptical of the one opposite the station.

This is not my local but I was passing. I went in and asked them if they had all the items on my script they said yes and I would be back in an hour. Went back and they gave several different reasons why they didn't fill the script. All a load of rubbish. Bunch of time wasters. I overheard other people have issues there.... lots of staff but the collective common sense was still v limited. Glad they aren't my local!!! Which after thet pointless trip to day Lewis... I'm off to my local.
