Britannia Pharmacy

I have visited her a number of times and each time the quality of service deteriorates. The staff are more interested in making £ than actually being a community service. They are extremely "selective" as to who they help with free services. I've been forced to escalate my complaint as they are exploiting these critical times and are no better than the local shops raising their prices. Disgusting.

The staff is polite... Professional... And will go the extra mile to help with any problems you may have.

Ive just changed to david lewis far better chemist in this one the woman on the front her face is as long as a milkmans round and dont let you know when your scripts ready

Always mess up prescriptions. New kids don't know what there doing . No supervision .

Went to buy caugh medicine for my 8 years old kid and asked for a good medicine. They lady gave me a medicines which say 1 to 5 years once I said I will buy different one which says 1 to 11 years, she said I shouldn't ask her which one is good. Very bad behaviour, I will have to ask my GP to arrange different pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy.

Waited outside for 15min while they serve just two customer..
I urge an manager to address the efficiency of the service here,
& They not having what I want.. so picked up what I needed 10 min later online as the assistant had no intuition to offer ordering in for nex day pick up 👀
