Orchards Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

I would give zero stars if possible. Appalling customer service. I had a prescription that was in an unusual dose and a few pharmacies had explained they didn’t stock it. We had called orchard pharmacy ahead of time and they assured us that they had it. When I got there not only did they not have it, no apology was given for lying to us on the phone and he patronisingly explained to me that it was an unusual dose!! Rather than apologise he claimed we had given him the wrong dose over the phone. Clearly he wasn’t paying attention and assumed the most common dosage, not the one we were specifically requesting. Words cannot describe the arrogance and utter incompetency of this man. AVOID.

Helpful, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Orchards Pharmacy. I explained the problem and they gave advice about getting an emergency prescription, which was absolutely spot on and they had ready for me when I returned to collect. In total contrast to a well known high street chemist where I was told to fill in a form and come back in an hour, when they may or may not be able to help me.

These guys have to be the very best pharmacists in town! We have been running an emergency care provision here for a family member and needed urgent medication at very short notice on more than one occasion. Orchards Pharmacy have repeatedly not just helped us, but have gone the extra mile to get us urgent medication, liaising directly and quickly with the GP when required.
It would be unfair to name them, but Orchards Pharmacy have spectacularly out-performed all the other major pharmacies we have used before in Haywards Heath with their super-efficient same-say prescription service.
