Repeat prescription never ready on time after giving plenty of notice. Now using internet service from Lloyds Pharmacy for delivery. Excellent service.

This used to be a fantastic pharmacy. Located in the same building as the doctors they were friendly, reliable and helpful. Since a change of staff they have now become rude, dismissive and unhelpful. The most recent issue is with a repeat prescription that hasn't changed in 7 years - firstly they they had changed their standard practice from 2 to 4 days for repeat prescriptions, secondly they claimed that they could not be responsible for ensure the stock was in for 'new' medicines. They have also blamed their suppliers for their inability to obtain stock. Once this final issue is sorted (it has not been 3 stressful weeks) I shall be cancelling the instruction to pass the prescription direct to this pharmacy and go somewhere else for a better customer service

QUITE FRANKLY a very unprofessional service. totally ignorant staff. On 3 consecutive pick ups (1/12) I was ignored for several minutes (so were others) told it was my fault (when they cant find medication), witnessed on 2 of those occasions a staff member tell another patients she was too anxious and needed to relax and it wasnt their fault...but, on each occasion it actually has been. sometime ago this was a very good efficient pharmacy. They 3 months up to xmas 2018 and thereafter absolutely diabolical. There has always been an issue with attentiveness of staff and a most ridiculous filing system of over stocked and open to all shelves ( I notice now this has been changed but I have to say why did it take so many years to realise having masses of open prescriptions of bare shelves with no orderly system and staff rummaging through looks shabby and actually impacts on peoples health) yes it does. so, I stopped going because it was far too predictable and frequent that I would be blamed, told they didnt have it or have to suffer the rudeness to myself or others. I do hope that whatever went wrong is being put right.

Great pharmacy, lovely staff, and if you follow the advised wait times then medication is always ready. Pharmacist has helped me with lots of advice and counter staff always lovely. Can be a busy pharmacy and staff cope well with the pressures.

So its supposedly easier now on the system . Maybe for them but certainly not the customer . What used to take 2 days now takes 5 if your lucky.
The staff treat customers with disdain . Especially the the very dark or black haired woman. It is a paid for twice service not a favour

Some staff tend to talk down to customers
