Appalling is all I can say I'm a carer who was given money to go to the shop for gloves sadly it was a £20 note and gloves were only 99p the lady who served me asked if I had more money well no I never and nearly refused the serve me and said next time she won't serve me for it. Just because it's a 20 note and it's only 99p you can't refuse Tesco machines don't refuse money because it's alot more than what the price of what you're buying is. Ridiculous.

The worst pharmacy I've seen in my life, extremely rude behaiviours. Should have their licence removed if they treat customers with these manners. Not going back.

Worst pharmacy with no personal connection or recognition. I had an ongoing monthly prescription left with this pharmacy but I had to give my personal details each time but not anymore. I rate it mius one star.

After being up all night at A&E with my son, and having been let down by Nuffield who booked me for a private appointment and then turned me away. The young gentleman at Westminster Park made my week. He listened to my issue and was able to make an emergency prescription for my son after confirming the medication needed on my NHS health record. Thank you for being the only person to proactively suggest a solution for me. It's hard when you are worried about your children and traveling away from home. Thank goodness there are smart , caring people like this working in pharmacies. Thank you!

Terrible customer service from sales assistant lady. As a result lost out on further sales. Go to Owens in Saltney lovely staff and cheaper prices.

I have used this pharmacy to collect repeat prescriptions for my family. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have witnessed their terrible customer service and been at the receiving end many times. After being treated so badly this morning I will never go back.

Visited this pharmacy this morning. Nice, friendly and pleasant staff; appropriate social distancing measures in place; clean environment. No waiting time as they attended to me straight away, which is certainly not accomplished in other pharmacies like Boots. Will continue to use and support my local community. 5/5, keep up the good work!

Absolutely amazing service. I've used this Pharmacy for years and never got round to writing a review. They've helped my so much with my medications and also those for my little girl. Would give 10 stars if I could. Service has been faultless and they have remained open even during COVID times.
