Just popped in on the way home and have never come across such rudeness. I asked the pharmacist if there were any painkillers I could take for sciatica other than paracetamol and Ibuprofen. He suggested co-codamol and I said I'd tried that and it didn't help. I then mentioned I'd taken panadol but as it contained caffeine it kept me awake at night. He then said "well you've tried them all" and shrugged his shoulders. I then said what about solphadine? He rudely replied "well that's got caffeine in as well". I replied that he was talking to me as if I should know that, with which he replied, "well if you looked on the shelf and read the packet you would know that!"
I thought pharmacies were meant to be there for advise? I came out of there empty handed and still in pain but also after giving him a real piece of my mind, we actually had a stand up argument. 2 weeks of sleepless nights makes you irritable, believe me but he needs to learn some customer care.
Had to put 1 star because it won't let me post this with zero stars.
Let's just hope that the osteopath soon resolves it.

Staff are doing a wonderful job during this pandemic. Never seen such rudeness from customers who are too arrogant to abide by the new safety rules they have in place. Keep going Lloyds staff. You are doing a brilliant and very important job.

The staff are doing a good job but often have a long wait to be seen due to them being extremely busy.

Be aware that they are having staffing problems at the moment, so are often closed at arbitrary times. Mostly just for an hour or so but sometimes for a day (if no pharmacist). No notice online, just a note on the door

Decide to close when they feel like it and never update online times. They order in medication and this results in delays. They have staffing issues that they need to fix that seem to have been going on for months. Ignore the ringing telephone so you can't check status of prescriptions. The last time this resulted in a 125 mile trip to pick up missing medication only to find they had closed earlier than I had been told just 2 days earlier. On the positive side the people currently working there are trying their best.

Ok seriously go to any other pharmacy. These patronising women are the definition of self centered horrid ppl who talk down to ppl in a condescending manner. I had a tooth infection, that was getting serious so was sent to get meds but because the dentist didn't put her name on it, they refused my prescription and I was sent away with nothing. So 5 phone calls later and two separate journeys to the pharmacy and still no meds. I'm disabled and don't have ANY money for random drives in the car. If you heard the phone conversation today you'd be disgusted that they can treat ppl like this. Just go elsewhere save yourself money, time and stress. Seriously!
