Enquired about flu jabs they don't do them

Staffs are so rude , and they given my proscription to someone else , and I suffered without my medicine , and called NHS to get temporary proscription

The Lion Pharmacy (202 Rochester Road, DA12 4TY. Excellent Service received at ALL times, these include the speed at which the prescriptions are ready for collection, notification of the availability, advice given when helpful information may be required, very professional. High level of concern and empathy shown to other patrons using their service including myself. Whilst I have found the whole team to go above and beyond, there are two members of staff I feel deserve special mention, they are Rebecca and Angela, they are both a credit to the Lion Pharmacy and the NHS in my opinion. I cannot fault the service level received from this Pharmacy, you have my gratitude, Thank You.
