Maidstone Medipharmacy - Vines Medical Centre

Rude, unprofessional, offensive, unempathetic and poor treatment of customers. I have signed up with a new pharmacy now, even if I have to walk further, I don't want these people receiving a penny of my money ever again! Some of the staff need to be sacked, they clearly don't value having a job!

My girlfriend's mum passed away and we were advised to dispose of her medicines by taking to the pharmacy. This pharmacy told us we can bring it in any time, so we brought it in today. They then REFUSED to take the unused, unopened, box of insulin needles because "sharps bin only".

They had a sharps bin so I said, can it go in there? Of course not, what a silly question I asked... No apparently the patient has to put it in the sharps bin and have a letter proving she has diabetes first -- the patient WHO IS LITERALLY DEAD.

So the official advice logically was to perform a satanic ritual to raise the dead and get my girlfriend's dead mum to properly dispose of her medicine. That's the only conclusion one can draw from their instructions to get the patient to do it.

Also they guilt-tripped us for her dead mum's not disposing of the unused, and unopened medicine.

Rudest blonde receptionist I have ever met. She has been rude to me several times. She is the absolute WORST customer services person I have ever Met. Its a Shame as the Asian lady receptionist is absolutely fantastic and Very polite and the rest of the Staff are helpful and friendly. Such a shame about the Blonde Receptionist. Completely and Utterly rude 😪

Staff were very quick and helpful today when I went in for my medication. Great experience!

Some who work here have been great in the past. However for a number of times over the last couple years, it has become apparent that some who work here are skilled at making you feel like some kind of addict when asking for over the counter medicines.
There is no need for a multitude of intrusive questions which leave you feeling embarrassed in front of other customers. Of course, some are for your safety, fine. But a condescending tone and intrusive questions are not needed.
My partner asked for night nurse, you would have thought he’d asked for something much much worse.

We got a wonderful experience in this pharmacy, they always dispense medication on time and take care of the customer's needs. Waiting time is much lesser than in other places, cheers to the people who work there.

The little blonde lady is the moodyist and most disrespectful person in there try to not see her if u can People

Every time I visit this Pharmacy, I am warmly greeted by “Eddie”.

He is the most warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person, you could ever meet.

He has a real, genuine enthusiasm for his job, and helping customers, so that they leave with a smile.

He is such a great asset to this great pharmacy!!
