Westbury Pharmacy

This pharmacy is recently under new ownership since Lloyds have sold it.
They answer the phone promptly and deal with the issues effectively.
I called in to arrange transfer of repeat scripts which was no problem.
They are polite, organised and knowledgable.
The new pharmacist is part owner and is very keen to improve the standards of the previous owners.
I would endorse supporting your local pharmacist here.

Very impressed with the service I received today. The pharmacist was able to fulfil my prescription from my NHS details and a barcode that my online pharmacy supplier sent, as they did not have the medicine in stock. Westbury Pharmacy had the medicine and it was dispensed promptly and cheerfully.

Now that this pharmacy has been taken over it is an absolute joy! No more stress or rude staff. The staff are well organised, professional and promt. Excellent service

Shame I have to leave at least one star as in reality it’s not even worth that. Having lived all over the world and the UK, this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. This pharmacy should be closed down by anyone with the authority to do so! They rarely have prescriptions let a full one, and then make up any old nonsense about why they don’t.
As a Type One Diabetic this is just not good enough. The stress of having to listen to whoever is working this time apologise for the lack of management is pathetic after 10 months of using this place. Last month they couldn’t even give me what they did have of my prescription as there was no pharmacist! You couldn’t make it up how bad this place is. Even today, an elderly lady was having similar issues as me as they didn’t have her prescription. AVOID.

No stars, appalling service, mis selling of goods, persuaded to buy as "same", sales assistant bringing out incorrect huge, more expensive package of goods from new delivery at back, saying new packaging format, for elderly, almost blind, cancer patient - reporting to trading standards. Given no contact / owner email to report to & told not up for discussion. Several failed pharmacy deliveries. Some staff openly complained bad service as understaffed due to low pay. No stars but had to click a star to leave review. Total contrast to other local pharmacies. 2 Staff complained to totally inexperienced and no goodwill.

Rude and un-helpful lady was totally dismissive of my query and concern over a prescription. This was compounded by her then announcing on more than one occasion what they were dispensing to me, in clear earshot of 2 other customers, breaching patient confidentiality.Posted by H Potter

Will not be using this pharmacy again as we have been waiting 8days for a delivery of medications they promise it will be delivered and it never is. We have to get to the point of running out of medication before they deliver. I have even tried collecting and they say it’s not ready. They are an utter shambles. Go else where if you can.
