Outside the pharmacy 11.20am ... supposedly open till 13.00 says Google and sign Outside, but are closed. Corporate site says we are here for you. Clearly NOT even when supposed to be!

Ravens Way Nuneaton. Abysmal service, must have rang them 15 times this morning to check on prescription without reply, wasted a 40 minute walk to pick up Meds only to find they were shut 1-3. My son went to collect at 5.30 to be told they were not ready. So I rang every minute till 6pm, no reply, meds were ordered 5 days previous and needed for the following day, absolute rubbish.
Update from the following morning, my son was told on the evening before they could be ready in half an hour, he had to be somewhere else so could not wait but said he would be in first thing in the morning to collect, he went down this morning at 9.30 only to be told they were still on the computer and not made up, so he has to go back one hour later to collect. Whoever is running this place is a very poor comedian, total garbage.

The pharmacist here is the most loveliest man! He is always so friendly and approachable! Highly recommend to use this pharmacy as nothing is ever too much trouble.
