The manager is very rude. I have a mother that has had a stroke and is bed bound. She has meds delivered and they were unable to deliver for some unknown reason. I rang to find out whats going on and greeted with attitude from the manager. Disgusting customer service

Twinned to a doctors surgery. Selling a wide variety of all your needs regarding personal needs ..bathroom.. toilet needs ..makeup and perfume ..knowledgeable staff and a separate room if you wish to discuss anything personal with the pharmacist.
Money service till outside on the wall.

Beyond poor. The so called manager/owner happened to pick up the phone. Due to covid-19 being at my youngest sons school in his bubble we now have to self isolate for 2weeks!! That means I can't collect his ADHD tablet he badly needs. Yet he didn't care was beyond rude. His holding on to my sons medication for 0 reason. Now I'm having to deal with the full force of his behaviour due to having no tablets. Worse pharmacy ever!!

Great pharmacy as always, been using it since i moved to shoebury 26 years ago. Now though it's so much more busier! Frequently a long cue for prescriptions. Try to remember they close for lunch 1pm -2pm daily.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have helped me out on more than one occasion when the doctor’s surgery have failed to issue a prescription ( even with more than a week’s notice and a reminder!), or issued a prescription for the wrong item. The shop is well stocked and the staff give good advice.
