Cohens Chemist

Absolutely appalling. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. God knows how but they seem to lose my prescription about 50% of the time, the other 50% of the time it takes multiple visits and hours of my life waiting for them to find the prescription. Have they not heard of a filing cabnit?

The camels back has finally been broken by the final straw. I have had terrible service from this chemist for approximately 5 years now, but because it’s local I just accept it. No more, I am moving to a chemist a few miles away, who only have two staff on duty and a massive workload, unlike Cohens, who have roughly ten staff behind the counter and, admittedly also a massive workload. The difference between the two is organisation, Cohens has bags of prescriptions lying all over the floor, on shelves and in drawers, with apparently no way of knowing who’s prescription is where. The chemist by the ford estate has rails, on which hang bags of prescriptions in, wait for it....................... Alphabetical order!!!!
Who actually regulates these places?

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Disgusting customer service, with no interest of customers needs. Urgent prescription ignored, always understocked. They'll promise to order in for next day.. and then it doesn't happen and they'll blame everyone else, it's never their own fault. Will never use this "service" again. Avoid at all costs!

Only got one star because I couldnt give none. Agree with most here in that if you can avoid this place then do so. Appalling customer service. Plenty of staff but try getting served they would rather stand about chatting to each other or they make themselves look busy when they're not. I'm lucky and can travel elsewhere but feel sorry for those who have no choice but to use this awful place. I'm editing from here having read some other comments of people who are happy with this chemist I'll just say they must be mistaken or been bribed because this is the worst chemist's with the worst staff EVER.

I would hate to work there. The staff do their best they have no competition so all the customers Go there understaffed a lot but I like it go on there. Have not got the energy to walk today these or any other chemist

Phoned at quarter past 11 to order. Got there at 2 to be told come back at 4.30. Go back at 5.30 to be told not done and too late. Disgraceful service

Need a thorough shake up. The service needs to be a lot better.

Brilliant chemist they’re experiencing a few staffing problems at the moment due to pandemic but continue to do their best to go above and beyond for patients. Especially Mark the pharmacist. Who will go out of his way to make sure people are seen to as soon as possible.
