Super rude and laughable service. I was waiting behind one other person for ten whole minutes before I asked to be served. The whole time the lady behind the counter just chatted away (in a shared language) with another customer and didn’t even acknowledge my presence or say hello. By the time I said "hello, do you have so-and-so" I was told they didn’t even have what I wanted. No apologies for keeping me waiting. No advice on somewhere else I can try to find the item. Utter waste of time and appalling service.

I was delayed in picking up my prescription due to the lockdown restrictions. When I asked the pharmacist at the counter for my medication, she asked why I took so long and rolled her eyes at me. I couldn’t believe how rude it was - the staff could use a lesson in customer service. I will insist that my medication is sent to Boots or Lloyds next time.

I don’t think a pharmacy experience can get any worse. Judgmental, unhelpful and overall rude, I was left with no answer as to what I had and a shrug of the shoulders. Thanks Boots who later told me it was a simple case of bed bug bites

Perhaps the most appalling customer service I’ve received from a pharmacist. Complete lack of professionalism and managing expectations as to how long it would take to collect my medication.

I get it. They work under a lot of stress, there is lots of pushy, impatient people. But however courteous and patient I tried to be, I still get unhelpful, abrupt, accusational, guards-up treatment lacking empathy.

There are 3 people working inside. Extremely unprofessional system they have now with Covit. They have 1 customer inside and I had to wait outside for over 15 min to be seen while the lady was inside waiting for her medication ..... not recommended at all. Last time I’ve been here for sure
Also some homeless people just went in while I was waiting outside and they’ve been served... :)))
