Terrible service from a very sour woman. Refused to fulfil my prescription for some trifling technicality. She did the same for the chap in front of me too. Clearly her BTech in pharmacy gone to her head... she seemed to take pleasure in the unkindness of it all. I would sack her

No-one ever picks up the phone. Lightwater pharmacy is far more professional.

What is going on with Lloyds in Bagshot? Can never get through on the phone. Are they under new management?

Lloyd's Pharmacy Bagshot...only given it one star as I cannot give it 0. Total waste of a vital service. Constantly shut never has items you need, you wait far too long to collect a prescription that they received the day before. I now use boots or any other Pharmacy as you cannot rely on this one. They have now closed with no notice and no idea if it will open again, leaving Bagshot residents without medication they need. Hopefully it doesn't re open and another Pharmacy takes the shop on boots hopefully.

Just wasted 15 mins waiting for the pharmacy to open only to be told at 9:10 that the pharmacist is stuck in traffic and they cannot open without him. Everyone else has work too!!
Every single time I go there there’s a issue, items not in stock, etc I’m still waiting for a cream for my son which hasn’t been in stock for 2 months!

Unfortunately the few staff who are really helpful are branded with the same brush as the outlet. This store is not worth having on the high street. Never ever picks up calls, or deliberately hangs up. Does not notify that crucial prescriptions have been filled - really inconsiderate for those that need this service. I would have posted with zero stars but this system doesn't allow.

They are terrible. Never have the medication you need and still need to wait for it after a week... Not happy!

Furious with LP Bagshot. Closed on a Saturday of all days. Closed till Monday apparently but nothing online on LP website or Google, supposed to be open as normal. Tried calling but keeping ringing, no automated message. Electronic prescription only sent late yesterday so today first opportunity to collect. Thankfully been able to get an emergency referral from another pharmacy but this added stress is definitely not the pain relief I was prescribed.
