I happened to be in the queue when your Spanish speaking sister who could not speak a word of English was not even bothered to pull out her own mobile to try to translate what she wanted. The cashier used her own mobile in an attempt to translate for your sister. Your sister was asked to leave the pharmacy as she was selfishly holding up the queue with also ill customers. If you are able to speak English then why didn't you come to pharmacy to help your sister?
I have been shopping there for many years and all staff would do anything to help you. They delivered my medication for free to my doorstep when I was sick.

The staff at Hintons are totally professional while still maintaining the
traditional kind local family service. Nothing seems to be a issue for them and the advice, treatment and service have been most welcome. The pharmacy is so clean and we'll stocked. I highly recommend Hintons as your family chemist.

I used to make an extra effort to buy here, (boots and superdrugs are closer) not anymore, they chuck out of the store my Spanish speaker sister (very ill, waiting for a prescription) and my two nieces. I will not buy there again, none of my friends or family would either. The owner was not bother, the cashier was simply rude and incompetent...

good pharmacy, remember old customers and have knowledge of existing medication and can advice as well. good service

Absolutely the best pharmacy i know, nothing is too much trouble from them, totally friendly and professional, which when poorly is a tremendous boost..Not 5 star------ 10 star!
