Good grief! If you make a complaint they allow the complainee to make contact without introducing themselves as the person being complained about. It wasn't Alpesh Patel the owner according to Companies House.
I have changed my nominated pharmacy.
They seem to think that old people are just a pain, there to be patronised and spoken to like a child.
Maybe they need to wake up and realise that the old and sick are the reason they have a job.

Good pharmacy until now but won't be sending anything there again. Spent 40 minutes travelling there just for a relative to have collected it which should not be allowed with out my explicit permission. Not to mention in any other situation it could be a safeguarding issue with parents with-holding medications. They were lucky this time was a communication fault but God help anyone in a different situation.

staffs are very rude. Simply arguing with me.I wish not see them again
