Boots Pharmacy

I go here to collect my husband's prescription. On many occasions the pharmacy is greatly understaffed. However, staff and pharmacist are always very helpful and pleasant. Security guy is always nice too.

The pharmacy team a very helpful and knowledgeable. The major problem with the store is that the queues can be quite long at certain times (it's difficult to predict when). More pharmacy staff would be a great help. Also the blister packs are now dealt with at the pharmacy in Ormskirk. This means tha if there are any problems a lot of phone calling and chasing is necessary

Doctor issued my prescription on the 31st August. I get to Boots on Saturday 3rd September as that's great earliest, only for the girl to say it won't be done until the Monday after lunch. Soooo that's another week without my thyroid medication. Cheers Boots.

Very helpful staff

The service leves a lot to be desired. Thay keep you waiting 99%of the time thay are very slow with the prescription. Staff on pharmacy counter .
Keep you waiting & thir area always long ques. Shop needs more pharmacy staff on the counter. Boots need to put more staff in shop. To help existing staff
