I would like to say a massive thank you to Bell pharmacy who delivered my medication to my home this afternoon.

As always you put your patients medical needs as a priority.

Not my local pharmacy, but always there for me at my time of need. They're open late unlike other pharmacy's (which also means I can make my car!) and are very well stocked. The waiting time isn't long either.

Extremely rubbish pharmacy.
They only hire uneducated and unprofessional who cannot read and understand a single word of English.
Glad there are many good pharmacies around so we don't need to waste time with these lunatics.
Thank God we have moved to Sinclair who are million times better as compared to these time waster and greedy people.

The new stuff of the pharmacy (with red lipstick put on) so rude. I’ve been in several time for my prescription she’s always refused get the prescription, she makes many excuses not to give my prescription and my sons prescription as well. Today I’ve been in there to get an urgent medicine for my younger son. She just ignored the emergency and showed me the different medication which is not very h helpful.the stuff of the pharmacy (put red lipstick on)she leave patients without medication. They ( she and another female assistant) say prescription will be ready to collect after 3 days. 3 days later when I go to collect they say they don't know about the prescription. She did this 4 times. Then I had to go back to the dr to make sure I’m getting the repeat prescription. Now I don’t know where to complain against her on the pharmacy.

Absolutely disgusting service. I went to get travel vaccine for my 4yr old child. After waiting 30mins the person giving the injection had no clue what he was doing his name is Delwar. He stabbed my son 2x with the needle and my son flinched so he refused to carry on. I asked for my money back and he said I couldn’t get my money back and I had to pay £30 for a vaccine which was never even administered. After a lengthy conversation he eventually decided to refund my money. If you’re planning to travel do NOT come to this pharmacy to get your travel vaccination.

They stopped giving me half of my prescription medication with no notice, as there was a typo, and didn’t notify me. After I changed pharmacy as wasn’t happy with their services, as listed another pharmacy as my default one, they listed themselves as the default one. This caused me stress and waste of time, as my actual pharmacy wasn’t sure why they didn’t have my prescription. Not to be trusted

Been going here a lot on the past 2 years for flu jabs, repeat prescriptions and off the shelf products. Helped with various problems and obscure requests of mine even though they didn't have to. A small but busy pharmacy but everyone works quickly and accurately and I am seen to quickly. Friendly service and excellent opening hours, grateful for the service.

I had a late night emergency and those guys went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly professional and kind. It was the only time I used this pharmacy since it is open late but very good experience!
