Morrisons Pharmacy

An excellent pharmacy. Very helpful efficient.
BUT!! The telephone number under Morrison's Pharmacy, when dialed, turns out to be a general number for Morrison's. Instead of having a message service, when the phone is not answered, the message is "Please try later." It is not possible, therefore, to find out if the pharmacy have received a prescription order. Having to make a special journey and park for nothing is very annoying.
Why not, like most other businesses or supermarkets, can't one wait in a telephone queue. or, better still, there should be a message/ring back service.
Best of all, why not have a separate number correctly listed for the pharmacy?

Extremely poor customer service every time I come here. They tend to hide round the back even though they know you are there and when they serve you it’s always with attitude. Learn how to smile please! Will not be going back

Great service at the pharmacy.

It's an absolute usless pharmacy with unhelpful staff. The pharmacy has closed before the official closing time when I needed an emergency medication.
