I’ve been to this pharmacy at least 4 times these past few months, everytime I get served I feel like no one smiles. Last time I was severed by someone I think she was called Helen but I’m not 100% sure. She was harsh, unfriendly and this was possibly the worst the interaction I’ve ever had there. The time before last I went I was severed by a girl who looked about 16 I think her name was Teagan and she seemed too scared of upsetting customers. I feel like the pharmacy is rubbed poorly. I hope I have encouraged more people to speak about the pharmacy

The guys running this pharmacy are super friendly and very helpful. I’m usually able to get what i need and they’re always courteous and willing to give advice.

Avoid this pharmacy, if you are lucky you will get a prescription a week to 10 days after requesting one from the surgery but frequently told prescription not received or lost, constant stock shortages mostly unhelpful staff,

I would like to apologise for anyone who feels that we are not providing service they expect. We are as many pharmacies experiencing difficulties in getting stock, but will always try our best to accommodate the patient. We do request that patients order their medications 7-10 days ahead of needing them, this gives us time to get the prescription ready for you. If you would like to discuss your difficulties please pop in and I will discuss these issues with you. We don’t always get it right but the staff will always try their best.

Benson pharmacy is the most useless, bad service and like to keep the prescription weeks and weeks, always come up with a excuse.

And they like to close early than the published opening hrs.

It will be much better for your health to steer clear of this pharmacy. They always have stock shortages. My last prescription I waited a week for and when I went to collect, it was lost. I then had Nick tell me over and over how disorganised we are. I am still not sure how any of this is my fault. We are told loud and clear not to be abusive to their staff but customers can be treated as they please. Would not go here again. I believe this pharmacy needs an additional chemist to lighten the load.

Staff always go out of their way to be super helpful. Even though they’re really busy they are so friendly. Quite often they even know my name before I say it. Lovely touch. Well done to the Team…I appreciate their hard work & kind gestures. Thank you 😊

Found the staff in this particular pharmacy to be really unhelpful and slow. They spend a lot of time chatting behind the till and not much time working. I have also found them to be insentive to people's circumstances
