Excellent staff always happy to help you although a little slow on dispensing prescriptions disabled access is ok although there is no parking facility

Love this pharmacy, very quick and efficient not slow like stoke park pharmacy.
Prices are good and displayed on items. ( stoke park needs to take a leaf out st matthews st book🤔)

I have been using this pharmacy for many many years as have my family and have always gotten on very well with the staff in there until today. I have never been spoken to so rudely from someone who I can only assume is the owners child or some relation. I have medical problems that prevent me from wearing a mask and thinking that being my regular pharmacy and not wearing a mask since all this has started to then be questioned today like I was some sort of faker when they have access to my medical records was disgusting!!! The thing was I was in there the start of the week and not asked by the same person where my mask was so consistency isn’t his strong point either! He is obviously not aware of the government guidelines either of being medically exempt he just seemed like he wanted to try and prove a point which he had no knowledge about being a so called pharmacist!! Needless to say I will NOT be using the pharmacy anymore and neither will my family already moved prescriptions to another pharmacy and if needs be will NOT recommend anyone else to use this pharmacy either manners and politeness costs nothing!!!!!!
